What's going on with the website !!!

I am so disappointed with the webhosting service received from Gracenet. I had so hoped to be able to continue to use them as they are Christian based. However, there have been way to many connectivity issues. Our customers and subscribers must be able to connect to the website quickly and efficiently and unfortunately this has not been the case. Relocating a website is never fun and quite frankly is a pain, but it must be done. In the end, the result should be well worth the effort and frustration. The website should open quickly and pictures should load promptly. We're committed to providing the absolute BEST in customer service and this is one way we can improve upon that.

The Allure of Estate Sales

Estate sales have always intrigued me. Each one of them so much different than the last. Unlike garage sales each one of them tell, in part, the life story of people who owned the items. There is history in the air and an opportunity to be part of it! Have you ever found something at an estate sale that meant the world to you? Have you ever found an absolute treasure among the "miscellaneous items"? I'd love to hear about your favorite estate sale experience.

Amazing Estate Sale in Raytown
July 9th-12th

This sale is "off the hook". Anyone ever hear of a guy named Emmit Stephenson? Apparently Mr. Stephenson was friends with Harry Truman and quite the leading citizen around these parts. This sale is of his estate. There are some really remarkable items, it's worth coming to look at even if you don't intend on buying anything! There's an old armoire that is in pieces. This armoire apparently spent some time being shipped in a covered wagon and is BIG...I mean BIG! Everywhere you look is an interesting treasure with history attached to it.

More later.....
